These launch-stage terms set the expected use of TaleTone while the product is in MVP. They need review by a qualified lawyer before a public commercial launch.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you provide and the people you send songs to. Only share material you are entitled to use, and do not use TaleTone in a way that harms, deceives or harasses others.

Generated content

TaleTone generates original, personalised content from your brief. Outputs can be imperfect and should not be treated as factual claims, professional advice or an endorsement of a user’s description of another person.

Availability

The service relies on third-party generation and payment providers. We may change, limit or remove features to protect people, manage capacity or improve the product.

Payments

Encore payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription prices, renewal intervals and cancellation options are presented at checkout. Live billing is not enabled until the production Stripe account and product settings are approved.
